The Barn was built in 1835 and was converted to accommodation in 2006.
Perfectly positioned for the Historic City of Lincoln, (approx 18 miles) the east coast,
(20 miles) Market Rasen its hostelries and Racecourse, (3 miles) or the peace and tranquillity
of a truly wild and unspoilt pond set in grounds designed to attract wildlife, (150 yards)

Making The Most of Your Stay

The barn is in the perfect place to base yourself
to tour Lincolnshire. An excellent country cottage with its own nature reserve and wildlife pond,
(over 30 bird species have been recorded).

Fishing is also available; (over 8 species of fish up
to 18lbs are waiting for the keen angler).
